Stock Availability : Every effort is made to ensure stock availability. Please confirm stock before placing order. Replacement of similar item is preferred or back orders are accepted.

Orders: All orders will be acknowledged via fax and must be confirmed in writing, with complete order information, and product price. Production and ship date will not be assigned until all order information has been provided, clarified and confirmed. All orders are subject to approval of Bagsmart and are not binding until
accepted by Bagsmart. Bagsmart reserves the right to refuse any order at any time.
Orders Revision: All revisions to orders must be confirmed in writing. Increases in quantities will be treated as a separate order unless notification is received prior to manufacturing of original order.
Blank Goods: No minimum but additional charges may apply. Non-decorated item deduct $0.40 (v) and are shipped within 24 hours of order placement.

Artwork Submission: Vector artwork is required. Vector files on CD or E-mail to: info@bagsmartinc.com and include the following information in the “subject” field: company name, P.O. number, and contact name. Please include a color print of all artwork.
Payment Term: Advance Payment for the first order. Net-30 days with credit approval from the next order.
We accept Visa & Master cards. First order, custom orders and large orders will require a deposit or prepayment. Payments not received by the due date are subject to a late fee of a 1.5% per month.
Standard Production Time: Production time is based on the finish products ready to ship date not the in-hand date.
Domestic Products: 5-10 working days for imprinted or embroidered items.
Custom/ Import Products: Custom import products require 60 to 75 days for production.
Rush Orders: Every effort will be made to accept rush orders without additional charges. Please call for production schedule available. Deadline shipments require air freight authorization.
Repeat Orders: Reference the previous purchase order and date of last order. A screen re-setup charge $30.00(v) & PMS color matches $10.00(v) for each color will be charged on re-orders within 6 months.
Custom spec. samples: Custom spec. sample charges are based on bag’s sizes: small-$100.00(v), medium-200.00(v), or large-$300.00(v). All charges will be fully credited to an order if received within 60 days after receipt of spec. samples.
Packing/ Re-Packing: Items are bulk packed unless otherwise specified by customer. Individually poly-bagged will add $0.31(v) per piece.
Insertions: Upon request, Bagsmart will insert your items (cards, pens or pads) at a charge of $0.50(v). Contact Bagsmart for quotation of insertion of unusual items.
Drop Shipment: $6.25(V) per location plus freight charges. Shipping Method: F.O.B. California. Bagsmart reserves the right to determine the best shipping method available unless specifically pre-routed by customer. All cost of transportation shall be borne by the customer and all risk of loss shall pass to the customer when goods are delivered to the carrier, whether the carrier is selected by the customer. Over/ under runs: We reserve the right to ship 3% over or under and bill accordingly. In the case of under-runs of 5% or less, factory reserve the right not to decorate the balance.
Acceptance: The customer shall inspect the goods immediately upon their arrival and shall within 3 days of their arrival, give written notice to Bagsmart of any claim that the goods do not conform with the terms of the contract. If customer shall fail to give such notice, the goods shall be deemed to conform to terms of the contract and customer shall be deemed to accept and bound to pay for the goods in accordance with terms in the contract. The customer expressly waives any rights the customer may have to revoke acceptance after such 3 days period. Bagsmart will accept return of blank or undecorated merchandise only with obtained RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number prior to return. No returns will be accepted without a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Customer pays for the return freight. No discount may be taken from Bagsmart invoices.
NO RETURNS ON IMPRINTED, EMBROIDERED OR DECORATED ITEMS.
Cancellation: All orders are considered firm. Cancellations will be accepted only if merchandise has not been decorated. All cancellations must be in writing & received; verbal cancellations will not be accepted. Blank or decorated orders cancelled during production will be charged at the cost of material and labor extended to date including shipping costs. A 15% restocking fee may be applied.
DECORATING METHOD
Imprint, Embroidery and Heat Transfer.
• Screen Charge : $66.67(R) per color based on camera ready artwork provided.
• Artwork fixing charges/Type Setting: $40(R) per hour if the artwork provided to Bagsmart is not print ready.
• PMS : PMS color matching is available at $10.00(R) per color match.
• Print Size : Sizes will be provided with paper proof. Best-fit size will be used if not specified.
• Embroidery: Tape Charge: $30(R) per 1000 stitches. Minimum $80(R).
PMS Color Matches: Colors are matched as close as possible based on Pantone colors. Exact color matching is not guaranteed.
Paper Proof: Paper proof is free. A paper proof must be signed and faxed to factory prior to actual production.
Virtual Proofs: Upon request, Bagsmart will send you virtual proof via e-mail, with your artwork in the proper position on the bag. This is a fast and efficient method to verify accuracy and is free of charge.
Production Proofs:
• All Pre Production Proofs will be charged extra. Please call for quote.
• Must be approved same day of receipt to avoid production delays.
• Shipped and billed for next day air service, unless otherwise notified.
• Changes to actual proof are subject to additional costs and new lead times.
Disclaimer:
Bagsmart’s acceptance of your order constitutes an agreement based solely on our terms and conditions regardless of those terms and conditions on customer’s purchase order. Due to manufacturing tolerance, all dimensions have acceptable variation of ½”. Due to variances of materials and other circumstances beyond our control, we cannot guarantee continuity of exact color, shade, size, weight, texture, or construction of finished goods. Bagsmart will make every effort to meet your requested delivery date. Bagsmart will not be liable for the inability to ship an order(s) on time or product availability due to customs, shipping or natural disasters. We will make every effort to substitute a similar item if extensive delays occur. Bagsmart is not responsible for typesetting errors in this catalog.
